Beetroot Hummus

This is so addictive...

3 boiled / roasted beetroot
1 can drained chickpeas
4-5 tablespoons Tahini
A splash of water to loosen
Blend. Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and blend again with salt and pepper to taste.

(Can loosen up the mixture with a little more water or oil)

So good with raw vegetables or crackers or on a burger... or anything!
