Saturday was our ladies gathering at church... 'Sisterhood', with lovely welcome treats on
entering the building. These are real men - serving cupcakes and all! The message was on
cultivating courage... it really got me thinking - a word in season!
Manuela made nachos this week and sent me a pic... well, that really got the
taste buds going, so finally on Sunday evening we made a batch ourselves.
Above is a pic of the dish before the cheese is added and placed into the oven.
Finally on the plate! As good as I imagined!
