My staple 'no-cook' morning oats

2 cups oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
water or milk

 
Place all ingredients in a container and cover with water, (sometimes I replace water with milk or half of it with milk for a richer taste).  Mix.  Cover and place in the fridge overnight.



In the morning, you simply dish up! Enjoy with some milk, yoghurt, extra berries and / or nuts.
Sometimes I don't sweeten it or add toppings but today I had a drizzle of honey, blueberries and pecan nuts.  So good.



Super easy and makes a generous amount... we eat it over two days.  Most importantly, it's healthy and delicious!!
