Freezing the goodness


From left... Pesto for quick sauces (frozen in ice tray and then placed into bag) from the beautiful Basil from my sisters garden, cooked chickpeas, spinach and kale washed & chopped ready to go into soups, bananas for smoothies and ice cream, and grapes also for smoothies



and blackberries & blueberries (as season is just coming to a close - how sad) for smoothies, porridge, pancakes etc etc packed for the freezer.  We can have some dreamy summer treats in winter.
