Chia porridge


So easy and delicious, with whatever toppings take your fancy.

Overnight Chia Goodness:
3 - 4 tablespoons Chia seeds
+- 1 cup milk
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons yoghurt (if you don't have, don't worry)

Place all in a tupperware dish or large jar and seal.  Leave overnight and it will swell and be delicious in the morning.
